My husband wanting to adopt my children...? - bike coaches shorts
Ok so it's a kind of long story, so I try to make it as short as possible ... I have 5 years old and 4 years that the biological father has not lived there for over a year and never paid child support. She is currently in prison for serious 4-class 2 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Class 4 felony. He was in and out of prison, and many problems. If you have problems with drugs and anger problems. I think it is better not to my children to stay that! My husband is willing to adopt because it is a that the student support. My husband is called the father and exposes them to sleep at night, he learned to ride a bicycle, and my children coaches T-ball! He is the best father they could have. How do I get the BIOS right and my husband? We have tried to show that biological, apply to the Court not to give him his rights, but! Thank you for your help in advance. BTW, we live in Illinois.

I had a friend, Delt with the same kind of situation. I think that in Illinois, the parent must be outside the life of a child of 7 years. This means that no contact, no managers, etc.. Even if the father signs his rights, can your spouse at any time. This is probably the best way forward. Let the biological parents of the responsibility and see whether he will sign over their rights.
Well Unfort. Prison because he does not mean he has no right, this sucks! My ex is in jail, and my husband wants to adopt my son, but my ex does not sign the paperwork and will now try to take me to court, so you can visit in prison! What the hell is thinking. It is disturbing that another man wants to raise his son, who has not seen, however, not my son 6 years and has to pay a penny to support this project. You may need to consult a lawyer to do so. Every state is different, but remember that the law says that they still have rights.
Good Luck
